How DrayageRate collects, protects, and handles API request logs, account information, and lane rate queries.

1. Data Collection & API Request Logs

We log API query parameters (such as origin port code, destination ZIP, and equipment type) solely to compute quotes, calculate data freshness, and ensure SLA reliability. We do not sell or monetize raw customer freight volume data.

2. Security & Token Authentication

All API requests require TLS 1.3 encryption and Bearer token authentication. Sandbox and production API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256.
